A great lasagne recipe
Ingredients
Depends on how many you're serving, but a batch of the Spag Bog per person
A batch of white sauce will easily make enough for four people
A packet of dried lasagne sheets.
Parmesan cheese for the topping
Butter to grease the dish
Method
Put the oven on to 180 degrees
Choose a dish that you think will be enough for the people you’re serving and grease liberally with the butter
Put a layer of the bog sauce on the bottom, then a layer of white sauce and then lay the lasagne sheets across the top, trying to leave no gaps (it’s not a drama if there little ones)
Repeat until you’re near the top and finish with a layer of white sauce. It’s best to do this when the spag and the sauce are cooled so the bits don’t melt into each other
Grate parmesan over the top and pop in the oven until it’s bubbling. Should be around 45 minutes
